Refund policy

At ZZWIPES, your satisfaction is important to us.
However, due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene wipes intended for single use), we are unable to accept returns for opened packs for health and safety reasons.

Our return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging.

Opened or used packs cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: zzwipesuk@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at zzwipesuk@gmail.com

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
